The purchase procedure at xariskazakos.gr is very simple:

a) To find a product you can:

• Use the categories from the main menu – “Women’s Shoes”, “Men’s Shoes”, “Heart Clothes” etc, depending on the category of your interest

• Use the “Search” option (the magnifying glass at the top right of the page),by writing the key-word or the product code.

b) Once you find the item, select your size (you can use the size guide) and click on “Add to Cart”.

c) Once you are finished selecting the items you wish to purchase, go to “Cart” (“My Cart” at the top of the page) and see all the items you wish to order.

• If you click on “Cart”, you will see a detailed list of all items and any special offers (coupons etc). Next click on “Purchase” and complete the order information and payment method, to complete your purchase.

That’s it! Within a few days you will receive your favorite products!

• When the ordering procedure is completed, the customer will receive the confirmation and the order number through e-mail and/or by telephone by xariskazakos.gr.
Xariskazakos.gr offers its customers the opportunity of order tracking. After the completion of your order you will receive a confirmation email and your tracking number.
The e-shop xariskazakos.gr offers you the ability to pay in 3 different ways:

• By Credit Card

At xariskazakos.gr you can use Visa, Mastercard, Diners club, American Express and Maestro.

• By PayPal

Valid for users with a PayPal account. Based on this, select payment via PayPal and you are then redirected to the PayPal site, where you can complete your transaction.

• By Cash on Delivery

Pay the value of the order to the courier employee during product delivery at the address you have selected. This service has an additional charge of 2,5€ and is available only for shipments made within Greece.
VAT on all products is included in the price stated.
You can cancel your order at any time after registering your order in our system and until it leaves the warehouses of xariskazakos.gr.

There are several possible reasons for your credit card to be declined; in this case you need to contact your bank for more information.
Unfortunately, although our systems showed available stock when you placed your order, when our warehouse went to pick the product they found that there was no stock available. Although this does not happen often, when it does we have to cancel your order without charge.
In case a delivery is delayed by more than the expected time, as set, you need to contact us via e-mail at info@xariskazakos.gr or call us at 2105757559 (from Monday to Friday, 10:00 – 17:00) and we will proceed to solve the problem.
For deliveries within Greece, xariskazakos.gr uses ELTA courier service. For deliveries abroad, service is carried out by ELTA couriers in collaboration with DHL.

• Delivery of products is carried out by ELTA company and free of charge in the Prefecture of Attica and the rest of Greece within 1-3 working days


For the delivery of products in Cyprus, charges shall apply as follows:

• For purchases over 90 €, transportation costs are free of charge
• For purchases under 90 €, transportation costs shall amount to 10,00 € (VAT 24% included)


For the delivery of products outside of Greece, charges differ depending on the destination country and the delivery method.

Xaris Kazakos enables you to return a product within 14 working days of receiving it by sending an email at info@xariskazakos.gr.

• Refund of money: Refund of money usually takes a period of 7 working days (it might take up to 14 days) from the date we receive your returned order by crediting the credit card or Paypal account you used for payment or the bank account you will specify .

• Attention:

• As a necessary condition, the product shall be in its initial package and in the same perfect condition in which you received it, together with the relevant payment receipt, including the product’s special signs (tags etc).

Returns are accepted solely and exclusively at the company's head office located at: D. KAZAKOS SINGLE MEMBERED LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, Agiou Polykarpou street, No. 9, Peristeri, PC 121 35.
If the reason for returning a product lies with a company's error, Xaris Kazakos undertakes to deliver the order again at the shipping address you have specified at the company’s own expense. If customers wish to return an order where it is not the company's fault, then they shall bear the relevant courier cost. Once we receive the returned product, we will immediately process your request and notify you via e-mail about the processing status of your parcel.
It is not mandatory to have an account in order to purchase items from our e-shop.
